Frank V. Sica

Frank is a Partner of the Firm and focuses across all three sectors.

Frank has been active in the private equity business for more than 30 years and has served as a board member of over 35 companies. Prior to Tailwind, Frank led Soros Private Funds Management, which included Soros’s private equity activities. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and co-CEO of the private equity business and an officer in the U.S. Air Force.

Frank is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
