Lane Gravley has an extensive background in various leadership positions within the labeling and packaging marketplace. Currently serving as President at Tailwind Group, Inc., Lane previously held the title of General Manager at Precision Press, Inc. for over three decades. With a focus on supporting efficiency goals and system changes, Lane has spearheaded sales and operations front to back, while also partnering with customers and suppliers to provide innovative solutions for new product ideas. Lane's journey in production leadership began with roles such as R & D Manager, Production Manager, and Press Operator as the business grew from a green field start up.
