Kim Barnett

Kim has more than 20+ years of experience in the Design & Construction Industry. A graduate of Portland Stat University with a degree in Architecture, Kim began her career at a A/E firm in Portland, Oregon. Kim managed several project types from property acquisition through design, permitting and construction. Project types included retail shopping centers, food processing, distribution warehouses, and speculative office buildings.

Today, Kim is the VP of the Tait Land Development team, providing Program and Construction Management for clients nationwide. Kim drives the Tait team to collaborate with our clients, to define, prioritize and develop successful projects.
