Austin Leaman has over a decade of experience in design and leadership roles within the machinery and automation sector. Currently serving as Studio Lead and Lead Professional Designer at TAIT since January 2012, Austin specializes in the design of automated machinery for high-profile clients, including theme parks and renowned artists such as Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga. Expertise includes 3D modeling, prototype development, product design, and project management, with proficiency in software tools like Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor. Prior experience as a Foreman at I.K. Stoltzfus Service Corporation involved supervising employees, ensuring safety compliance, and managing equipment logistics. Austin holds an Associate’s Degree in CAD/CADD Drafting from YTI Career Institute and a high school diploma from Lancaster Mennonite High School.
