Jonathan Spriggs

Jonathan Spriggs has over 14 years of experience in engineering, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at TAIT Towers since September 2009, where responsibilities include the engineering of stage machinery and complex scenic items from design to final testing, along with the development of structures, mechanisms, power trains, and the production of supporting calculations. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Design Engineer at TAIT Towers and completed a summer placement as an engineer at AECOM in the Transportation Structures group, focusing on bridge design and structural calculations according to industry standards. Jonathan holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2009, and attended Queen Mary's Grammar School from 1998 to 2005.
