Javier E. Rosa

Javier is a partner and senior engineer at Taitem and has been performing structural engineering design since 1993. He has worked on both low-rise and multistory industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Javier has provided expert testimony in several litigations. He is well versed in analyzing structural problems and recommending solutions to remedy structural deficiencies. He has worked on a variety of historic preservation projects. Javier is a certified Geothermal Professional from the Heatspring Institute in Cambridge, MA. Javier studied Civil Engineering and previously worked at Ray Architects and Engineers in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Javier has also worked on energy audits, and heating and lighting design.
