Joanna Swanson

Joanna Swanson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations at Tajima Software since February 2024, Joanna previously held the position of HR Manager at Process Fusion, where responsibilities included streamlining hiring processes, coordinating new employee orientations, and managing benefit programs. In addition, Joanna has been a freelance Dance Instructor specializing in West Coast Swing, Hustle, and Ballroom since September 2005. Prior roles included Office Manager and HR roles at ACCEO Solutions and Process Fusion, which involved payroll processing, accounting operations, and event organization. Joanna is currently pursuing a degree in HR Management at Trillium College.
