Gianny Bănuță

Gianny Bănuță is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at both the Boutique Hotel Himmelrich and Post Hotel Weggis since 2021 and 2020, respectively, Gianny also has a notable background as the WINNER of Game Of Chefs season 3 with Antena 1. As Corporate Executive Chef for EURO-TOQUES and the Insititul National de Gastronomie România, Gianny has contributed significantly to culinary standards. Additionally, Gianny operates as a Private Chef for VIP and luxury villas through Take a Chef, serves as Regional Director for Asociatia Culturală Euro Est Alternativ, and owns Horeca Consult. Prior experience includes the role of Head Chef at KhaLo Marbella and Bistro 27 Pitești. Gianny holds a degree in Chemistry from Universitatea din Pitești (2006-2009).
