Daria Charlesworth

Daria Charlesworth is an experienced nursing professional with a strong background in psychiatric nursing. Currently serving as an RN On-Call Client Advocate at Take Care Advisor since January 2023, Daria also works as an RN at Senior Friendship Centers since February 2022. Previous roles include Director of Nursing at Universal Health Services, Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center from June 2013 to January 2022, and Patient Care Supervisor at BayCare Health System from July 2011 to June 2013. Daria earned a Masters of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from Rutgers University - Newark, completing the degree between 1984 and 1989.
