Hillary McMillen

Hillary McMillen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and business management. Currently serving as a Sr. People Ops Specialist at Take Command since January 2023, Hillary focuses on employee engagement, onboarding, and event coordination. Hillary has been a dedicated Board Member for PTA since June 2014 and previously owned Hill's Hair from March 2003 to April 2022, successfully building the business to over 100 repeat customers. Academically, Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Central Christian College of Kansas, alongside an Associate of Arts in the same field. Additional expertise includes human resources, coaching, customer service management, business development, team leadership, and strong communication skills.
