Caroline Slomski

Caroline Slomski is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment marketing and operations. At Takeda since August 2017, Caroline has held positions including Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Director of Global Talent Acquisition Operations. Prior to Takeda, Caroline served as Head of Talent Acquisition Operations and Branding at State Street and as an Employment Brand Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Caroline began their career at TMP Worldwide and NAS Recruitment Communications, focusing on digital strategy and account management. Early professional experience includes a marketing assistant role at Information Today Inc. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Penn State University.
