Tami McLaine

Tami McLaine is a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance for Biologics, Cell and Gene Therapies at Takeda, Tami oversees seven internal and 25 external manufacturing sites globally, supporting production valued at over $14 billion in revenue. Previous positions include Senior Director of Finance during the integration of Shire into Takeda and various senior roles at Shire and Baxalta, focusing on finance for global supply chains and external manufacturing. Tami's career started at Motorola, where significant contributions were made in financial planning and compliance across corporate functions. Tami holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University.
