Jaya Bajpai

Jaya Bajpai currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Operations at TAKRAF Group since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Business Partner at TATA Power from May 2011 to October 2021, Team Lead at Tata Consultancy Services for a brief period in 2010, and Business Analyst at Satyam Computers from May 2008 to 2010. Jaya Bajpai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (2001-2005) and a Master's degree from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
