Jason Blair

Jason Blair currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at TAL Building Centers since January 2022 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Do it Best since September 2024. Previous experience includes holding the position of Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing at Wilco from August 2020 to December 2021, and a series of roles at True Value Company from January 2015 to July 2020, including Divisional Vice President of Sales. Jason Blair also worked at Higginbotham Brothers as Director of Operations and General Manager from July 1999 to December 2014, and began a career in retail management at Payless Cashways, Inc. from May 1991 to July 1999. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Executive Business from Colorado Technical University.
