Bryce Lucas

Bryce Lucas has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Manager at TAL Australia since April 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing learning delivery and design. Prior experience includes roles at EML as a Learning Partner, and at David Jones as the Organisational Development & Training Projects Lead, notably leading the Value Chain project during a significant transformation program. Additional experience includes positions at IAG, Westpac Group, RailCorp, Deloitte Australia, and Accenture, focusing on learning strategy, project management, and leadership development.
