Paul Howard

Paul Howard is an experienced professional with a strong background in team management and customer service. Currently serving as the Investments Team Manager at TAL Australia since July 2015, Paul is responsible for managing and executing favorable outcomes for members and advisers within TAL's Investment Portfolio while maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Previously, Paul held the position of Sales Team Manager at TAL, where the focus was on achieving financial budgets and ensuring compliance in General Advice provision. Prior roles include Senior Support Coach at Suncorp Group, Customer Care Professional at Credit Union National Association, and Customer Service Support Specialist at RACQ. Paul began their career as an Usher at HOYTS Group and also gained experience as a secondary school teacher during a work placement at MacGregor State High School. Paul holds a Graduate degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from South Queensland International College.
