She is responsible for managing the HR sector, including various departments such as Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Change Management, Learning, and Development. Heba plays a crucial role in setting strategic goals for the Group, implementing procedures to support workflow, and providing necessary data and advice to top management. Prior to her current role, Heba held positions as HR Director and Head of Human Resources at Orange Egypt, where she collaborated with top management to achieve organizational objectives and implement policies to support human resources adherence. With a background in Business/Commerce and HR Diploma, Heba brings a wealth of experience and expertise in HR planning, compliance, and corporate support.
