Debra Hammock

Debra Hammock currently serves as an Intake Coordinator and Resident Assistant at Talbott Recovery Campus since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Department Manager at Little Giant Farmers Market from 2012 to 2016, overseeing front-end operations and financial documentation, as well as Customer Service Manager at Food Lion from 2009 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Debra worked as a Medical Billing Specialist at Southern Crescent Neurosurgery, focusing on insurance claims and coding. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from Florida State University (2024-2026), a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Substance Abuse from Mercer University (2021-2023), an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Georgia Military College (2019-2020), and a certification in Medical Insurance Billing and Coding from Georgia Medical Institute (2002-2003).
