Spencer Wong has extensive experience in operations and process improvement within the financial services industry. With a background in corporate real estate portfolio management and project management, Spencer has held various leadership roles at companies such as Talcott Financial Group and The Hartford. Currently serving as Head of Service Strategy & Delivery, Spencer drives continuous process improvement and supports business process enhancements to enhance the customer experience. In addition to their professional experience, Spencer is pursuing further education at Boise State University.
