Sys Spogárd

Sys Spogárd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent assessment and leadership development. Currently serving as Co-founder and Director of Operations at Talent Assessment Partners since April 2023, Sys previously held the position of Senior Principal at Korn Ferry from May 2022 to April 2023. With a strong background as a Business Psychologist and Senior Consultant at A&D Resources, as well as Associate Partner at Flensby & Partners A/S, Sys has consistently focused on aligning leadership capabilities with organizational goals. Sys’s earlier roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant positions at SHL Denmark and SHL UK, where expertise in talent management and psychometric assessments was developed. Educational qualifications include a Henley Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
