Charlotte Shurtz

Charlotte Shurtz is currently the U.S. Talent Sourcing Lead at Talent Beyond Boundaries. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked as an Adjunct Lecturer in Anthropology at Chandler/Gilbert Community College, where Charlotte developed curricula and instructed students. Charlotte also served as an Outreach Coordinator at HIAS, where Charlotte established SOPs for sponsorship pathways to the U.S. Their experience includes managing various programs at Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest and advocating for refugee-friendly policies. Additionally, Charlotte has a Master of Science in Anthropology and Refugee Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Brigham Young University.
