Jemma Bailey

Jemma Bailey is currently serving as the Australia and New Zealand Co-Director at Talent Beyond Boundaries. Prior to this role, Jemma held positions such as Executive Director at indigo foundation, Senior media and strategy advisor at the Australian Parliament, Chair and board member at Aid/Watch, and Human Rights Policy and Fair Trade Campaigner at the Public Interest Advocacy Centre. Jemma also has experience as a Law Clerk and Policy Officer at the National Childrens and Youth Law Centre and as a Program Assistant at Oxfam America. Jemma holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Law with a focus on Industrial Relations, Indigenous land rights, and Colonialism from The University of British Columbia.
