Alpesh Gaglani

Alpesh Gaglani has a strong background in engineering and technology leadership. Alpesh currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Talent.com. Previously, they worked at Google as the Director of Engineering for Google Search, where they led the engineering organization responsible for Local Services. During their time at Thumbtack, they served as the Director of Engineering, leading a group of engineers and data scientists focused on the company's Marketplace organization. Before that, Alpesh was the CEO of Apptivate.IO (formerly DocGrok), where they aimed to democratize app development. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Microsoft, holding various roles including Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Alpesh also worked at RealNetworks as a Software Design Engineer. Throughout their career, Alpesh has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, build innovative products, and drive strategic vision.

Alpesh Gaglani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington, which they earned between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California between 1997 and 1999. Alpesh also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai between 1993 and 1997.
