Tipu Sultan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Tipu currently works as a Delivery Manager at Talent Group, where they lead a team of recruiters and specializes in IT and Professional Staffing. Prior to this, Tipu worked at Deegit Global Talent Leaders as a Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they were responsible for sourcing and identifying candidates, working closely with account managers, and recruiting professionals for various technologies and skills. Tipu also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at K-Source INC, where they were involved in full cycle recruitment and establishing relationships through cold calling and head hunting. In addition, Tipu has worked as a Sr. IT and Non IT Recruiter at Tech Tammina LLC, where they were responsible for placing IT professionals, sourcing and screening resumes, and utilizing various recruitment methods. Overall, Tipu Sultan has gained valuable experience and expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment throughout their career.

Tipu Sultan completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree at Andhra University from 2006 to 2009. Tipu then pursued further education and earned a Post Graduate degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Andhra University, which took place from 2010 to 2012.
