Doug Rath

Doug Rath is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Talent Plus, Inc., a company dedicated to partnering with quality growth organizations by fostering Talent-Based Organizations through scientific selection and development of top performers since June 1989. Rath served as a Board Member for Cancer Treatment Centers of America from February 1996 to June 2018, where focus was placed on advocating for the "Mother Standard" Model of Care and innovating patient services. Prior to that, Rath was an Executive and Board Member at Gallup from 1972 to 1989, leading initiatives related to psychology and the development of validated selection instruments in North America and Europe. Rath holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
