Magdalena Oehl

Magdalena Oehl is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the digital recruiting and startup sectors. As the founder of Talent Rocket since October 2012, Oehl has pioneered digital, intelligent, and scalable career platforms catering to specialized industries. Oehl serves as a board member for Startup-Verband and holds a position on the advisory board for STARTUP TEENS, which aims to empower students in Germany with entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, Oehl leads the advisory board for the Young Digital Economy at the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Klimaschutz, providing insights on digital transformation. Previously, Oehl co-founded CATCHYS, a major meta search engine for second-hand and vintage products. Oehl holds a Diplom-Juristin degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Universität Passau.
