Tetiana Koshkina

Tetiana Koshkina began their work experience as a Recruiter at Brainstack_ in September 2018, where they worked until March 2020. In March 2020, they joined AllStarsIT as a Global IT Recruiter and remained with the company until April 2023. Currently, they are employed at Talent Search People as an IT Recruitment Consultant, starting in April 2023.

Tetiana Koshkina pursued their education at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. From 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Heat and steam generating installations. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Heat Engineering and Energy Saving from 2017 to 2018 at the same university. In 2017-2018, Tetiana also attended Academia de Español "Bravo" to study Lengua y literatura española. Additionally, in November 2022, they obtained a certification in Recruiting: Talent Acquisition & Hiring (Version 3.2) from Udemy.
