Edward successfully expanded the program, increased volunteer numbers and the leadership team, and completed a full infrastructure overhaul, including digitizing broadcast and recording studios, implementing cloud-based audio streaming, and upgrading the broadcast chain.

After their time at Michigan State University, Edward worked as an Independent Contractor, serving as a Consultant. Edward provided strategic guidance on broadcast and podcast show design, audience targeting, and program launch. Edward also coordinated technical writing, documentation, project planning, and staff implementation. During this time, they upgraded media workstations to the latest hardware and operating system without downtime or service interruption.

Currently, Edward is working at Talent Systems, LLC as a Product Analyst. Their responsibilities include supporting casting directors, talent agents, and managers in maximizing the value of the company's casting platforms. Edward also assists in software development by testing updates, filing issues, and tracking reports from clients.
