Elan Diamond

Elan Diamond has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elan began their career at HW Group as a Consultant/Manager before moving on to FSS, where they worked as an Investment Banking Qualified Accountant. Elan then joined MSB Finance as a Manager in Investment Banking, followed by a role as Director at Concilium Finance.

In 2009, Elan joined Marks Sattin as a Senior Manager, specializing in Banking Finance Perm and Financial Services Risk Perm. After two years, they transitioned to Jefferson Wells as a Client Relationship Director.

Elan's career took a turn in 2012 when they joined Worldpay as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. During their tenure, they delivered over 1,500 permanent and fixed-term contract hires and held various roles, including Recruitment Project Manager and Central Functions Recruitment Manager.

In 2018, Elan founded Network-14, where they worked until 2019 before joining Talent Works International as a Recruitment Services Manager. In this role, they managed the client relationship and operational activities of a team of specialist recruiters, overseeing the delivery of over 950 permanent and fixed-term hires.
