Hollie Stiff has a diverse and extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Hollie started their career at Pure Healthcare in 2010 as a Senior Recruitment Administrator, where they gained valuable administrative skills. Hollie then joined REED in 2012 as a Permanents Consultant, where they developed expertise in permanent recruitment.

In 2013, Hollie joined Talent Works as a Direct Sourcing & Engagement Specialist, specializing in talent pooling, talent mapping, and recruitment research. Hollie later transitioned to the role of Project Manager - Resourcing, responsible for planning, executing, and managing resourcing projects.

Hollie's exceptional performance led to promotions within Talent Works, where they became a Client Partner in 2016 and a Senior Client Partner in 2017. As a Senior Client Partner, they were responsible for designing and implementing strategic recruitment strategies globally and maintaining strong client relationships across industries and countries.

In 2019, Hollie took on the role of a Client Development Manager / RPO Consulting Partner, challenging conventional thinking and driving organizations towards ambitious hiring plans. Subsequently, they became a Client Director, overseeing client accounts and ensuring their satisfaction until March 2023.

Currently, Hollie is serving as the Head of Client Success at Talent Works, leading and managing client success initiatives. Their experience and expertise in recruitment, strategic planning, and client management have contributed to their success in the industry.

Hollie Stiff completed their education in a chronological order. From 2000 to 2007, they attended Roade Sports College, but no specific degree or field of study is provided. Following that, from 2007 to 2010, they attended the University of Northampton, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Criminology.

In terms of additional certifications, Hollie Stiff completed several courses. In June 2020, they obtained certifications in "Cert Prep: PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner," "What Is Scrum?," and "Agile Foundations" from LinkedIn. Then, in February 2022, they completed the "Advanced Talent Sourcing Training" at The Talent Hunter institution.
