Lilineth Larsen

Lilineth Larsen has extensive work experience across multiple companies and roles. Lilineth is currently working as a Revenue Controller at Talentech Norway since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager Revenue at Gelato from April 2018 to February 2023.

Their previous experience includes working at Opera as a Senior Manager Billing and Revenue. In this role, they were involved in creating structure and implementing process improvements, reviewing customer contracts, creating and maintaining billing plans, revenue recognition processes, end-to-end accounts receivable processes, and monthly reconciliations and reporting. Lilineth also played a key role in the Workday implementation and successfully raised the team's KPI for Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO). Before joining Opera, Lilineth served as an Accounts Receivable Manager, where they were responsible for Oracle Business Suite implementation.

Earlier in their career, Lilineth worked as a Computer Literacy Trainer at UPLIFT Training Center in Partnership with the Mandaue City Government. Lilineth conducted intensive training for 3.5 months, focusing on enabling students to gain employment after graduation.

Lilineth's first job was with NEC Corporation, where they held multiple roles, including Administrative Clerk, Quality Control Inspector, and Assembler. These roles involved administrative work, data encoding, calculation of received product orders, visual inspection of physical products, and product assembly.

Lilineth Larsen began their education in 1995 at the University of Cebu, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Lilineth completed their undergraduate studies in 2001. In 2004, they enrolled in NKI Nettstudier and completed a program in Regnskapsmedarbeider.
