Santi Molins Mateu has had a long and varied career in the field of consulting. In 2010, they began their career as an Analyst of Strategy at Europraxis Consulting. In 2012, they moved to Ricoh Europe as a Consultant. In 2014, they joined Axis Corporate as a Consultor. In 2015, they became a Senior Business Consultant at Wit Consulting, where they led and participated in projects in the health sector, building company, cultural sector, chemical company, international media company, and pharmaceutical and tourism industries. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Success Director at Talentier, Spain's #1 nethunting marketplace. In 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentFY, a platform that guarantees candidates in 10 days.
