Benjamin Favreau

Benjamin Favreau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business unit management and corporate transformation. Currently serving as Head of Business Unit CPM & FINANCE at Talentia Software since September 2019, Benjamin oversees sales and operations globally, drives the company’s SaaS transformation, and holds P&L responsibilities as a Comex member. Previously, Benjamin held leadership roles including Head of Business Unit Payroll and Finance and Chief of Staff - Project Management Officer. Prior experience at Criteo as Strategic PMO & PMI Lead involved leading post-merger integrations and various corporate transformation projects. Benjamin began a career at Roland Berger as a Project Leader, contributing to over 25 projects across diverse industries. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Engineering in Technology Innovation from École Polytechnique.
