Christian Dwyer

Christian Dwyer has a extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Christian is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Talent Inc. and assumed this position in 2022. Before joining Talent Inc., Dwyer worked as the Chief Product Officer at DHI Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2022. In this role, they led global product teams for Dice.com and eFinancialCareers, focusing on transforming them into career marketplaces. Prior to that, they worked as the EVP, Product Management at Healthgrades from 2012 to 2018, where they were responsible for managing the company's product portfolio, including the Healthgrades.com, client portal, and B2B healthcare CRM solutions. During their tenure, Dwyer also conceptualized and launched a new Dental marketplace product, which generated recurring revenue of $10M. Before Healthgrades, Dwyer held senior positions at AOL/MapQuest, serving as the SVP & GM of MapQuest from 2007 to 2012 and as the VP of Operations & GM of Business Solutions from 2006 to 2007. Christian also worked as the Director of Operations at AOL/MapQuest from 2004 to 2006, where they were responsible for data partner management and business development. Prior to their stint at AOL/MapQuest, Dwyer worked as the Director of Consulting Operations at NAVIDEC Inc. from 2001 to 2004. Christian also held the position of Director of Business Operations at MSN Carpoint/Driveoff.com from 1999 to 2001. Dwyer co-founded NAVIDEC Inc., a software development firm specializing in web products and services, in 1995 and served as a Co-Founder until 1999. Additionally, they co-founded ACI Components Inc. in 1991.

Christian Dwyer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, which they pursued from 1985 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver between 1997 and 2000.
