Sydney Miyake

Sydney Miyake has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. At Talent Inc., Sydney started as a Recruitment Administrator, where they managed a high volume of applicant tracking system workflow, conducted screenings and assessments, facilitated onboarding webinars and interviews, and created job ads. Sydney also implemented new reporting systems and utilized various recruiting tactics to increase the number of applicants. Sydney then transitioned to the position of Junior Recruiter, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to senior-level roles. Sydney also served as an Administrator at the resort, handling payroll, scheduling, staff communication, and acting as an extension of the Human Resources department. Sydney successfully increased recruiting and hiring, refreshed the department newsletter to boost readership, and enhanced community engagement through Facebook groups and website accessibility.

Before joining the resort, Sydney worked as an Assistant Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser at Escape Outdoors.
