Dale Herbert

Dale Herbert has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT infrastructure. Dale has held various leadership positions in different companies. In their most recent role as the Global Head of Infrastructure and Security at Talent, they are responsible for overseeing the company's infrastructure and security functions.

Prior to this, Dale worked as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity at Maple-Brown Abbott, where they successfully migrated the company to Microsoft 365 and upgraded their aging infrastructure and operating systems.

Dale also served as the Head of IT Infrastructure for Australia at First Sentier Investors, where they built a new IT infrastructure team and transitioned the company's infrastructure environment, including data migration and ensuring operational efficiency.
