Cesar Gonzalez

Cesar Gonzalez is an experienced executive coach currently serving at Thrive Impact, Co, Talentism LLC, and Neuberg, Gore & Associates, focusing on empowering leaders to enhance their effectiveness and achieve their goals. Previously, Cesar held various leadership positions including CEO of StartingBloc and VP of Fellows & Alumni at The Unreasonable Institute, where support systems for entrepreneurs were established. An On Being Fellow in 2017, Cesar has a strong background in social innovation and community building, complemented by a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Caltech. Additional experience includes founding Kokua Web and working as a research engineer at Tissue Genesis, Inc.
