Belkys Laís Castillo

Belkys Laís Castillo is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, digital advertising, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Talently since December 2020, Belkys leads a 16-member team focusing on lead generation, paid media, and brand development across Latin America and Spain, while also acting as a Business Owner for talent and enterprise products. Previously, Belkys held roles in various organizations, including Marketing Manager at Talently, Practitioner Growth Marketing at Colectivo23, and Marketing and Data Specialist at Tigo Nicaragua. Belkys has a solid background in branding strategies and analytics within the telecommunications sector, supplemented by experience as a Digital Advertising Consultant at Telefónica and roles in content creation as a Journalist. Belkys holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from Universidad Centroamericana, along with diplomas in Graphic Design Tools and Online Marketing Strategies.
