Kathleen Lynch is an accomplished Executive Recruiter and Founder of TalentMatch LLC, a Denver-based recruitment firm established in August 2014 that specializes in full life cycle recruitment across various sectors, including Energy, Engineering, Logistics, and Specialty Chemicals. With a career spanning over three decades, previous roles include North American Business Development Manager at Ascent Resourcing from February 2011 to August 2014, Branch Manager at Kelly Services from September 2008 to September 2010, and Vice President at Calian Limited from December 1997 to May 2002, where Kathleen achieved significant milestones, including the establishment of a large Call Centre division.
