Priyadarshini Shukla

Priyadarshini Shukla serves as the Head of India Operations & HR at Talentmatics since November 2017, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment cycle in the Indian market and managing various projects while mentoring and training new employees. Previously, Priyadarshini worked as an HR Executive at Tricon Infotech Pvt. Ltd from April 2014 to March 2015, focusing on recruiting, performance management, organization development, and employee relationship management. Prior experience includes an HR Executive role at PMAM IT Services from November 2012 to March 2014. Priyadarshini holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Disha Institute of Management & Technology, completed in 2010.
