Benjamin Dilger has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success and management. In 2012, Benjamin worked as a purchaser at IPC-Computer Deutschland GmbH, and before that, from 2007 to 2011, they served as an onlineshop administrator at the same organization.
Benjamin Dilger has a solid educational background, starting with their graduation from Technisches Gymnasium Lahr in 2011, where they obtained their Abitur degree. Benjamin then continued their studies at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Management. Benjamin's thirst for knowledge didn't stop there. Benjamin pursued higher education at the prestigious Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2017 to 2019, focusing on Informationswirtschaft, which eventually led to him being awarded a Master of Science (MS) degree. In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has also acquired additional certifications. Benjamin completed the SAP FastTrack program offered by SAP, and they were awarded the Tutorenpreis from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe for their exceptional teaching skills.
