Robert Fiolek

Robert Fiolek has a diverse range of work experience in finance and management. Robert started their career as an Internal Auditor at Lear Siegler Inc. in 1983. Robert then worked as a Management Consultant at BDO Seidman, LLP, where they focused on information system transformation and strategic alignment initiatives. In 1992, they joined CMI International, Inc. as the VP Corporate Controller, responsible for accounting and operational support. At LAFARGE NORTH AMERICA INC, Fiolek held several positions, including VP Controller US Cement Operations and Vice President of Finance - North American Cement Operations. Robert played a significant role in the divestment activities and integration of major acquisitions. Most recently, Fiolek worked as the Interim CFO at talentsky, where they assisted executive management with financial planning and modeling.

Robert Fiolek holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Michigan, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Information Systems from Davenport University from 1979 to 1983. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan, although they are not currently practicing.
