Deborah Tyczenski

Deborah Tyczenski is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Advancement Services and Data Analytics at Sidwell Friends School since November 2016. Previously, Deborah worked as Project Manager II at TalentWave for Fannie Mae, where responsibilities included responding to ad-hoc data requests to support strategic initiatives across various business units. From October 1988 to July 2016, Deborah was an IT Specialist, Program Analyst, and Data Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, showcasing a strong ability to solve problems and communicate effectively. Deborah holds a Master's Degree in International Affairs with a focus on Soviet Studies and International Business from George Washington University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Government-History with a concentration in Soviet Studies from Skidmore College.
