Ljiljana Pilipovic

Ljiljana Pilipovic has over 18 years of work experience. Ljiljana began their career in 2003 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Deutsche Telekom. In 2009, they moved to Raiffeisen BANK dd BIH, where they worked as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for liaising with clients to understand role requirements, writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing and screening qualified candidates, interviewing candidates, building a candidate CRM, and participating in tech conferences and meetups. In 2019, they joined TWL Global Services as a Sales and Communication Specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, they were responsible for liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions, and sourcing potential candidates through various channels. Ljiljana is currently employed at Bakklog as a Sales and Communication Specialist.
