Zain Farooqi

Zain Farooqi is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition systems and strategic implementation. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Systems at Marriott International since August 2010, Zain has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of the company's diverse operations across multiple brands and countries. Additionally, Zain has contributed to the Oracle HCM Users Group as a Board of Directors Member and has held the position of President for the Taleo Eastern Regional User Group since September 2010. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Solutions Analyst at T. Rowe Price from 2001 until September 2010, where Zain collaborated with senior leaders to define implementation roadmaps and strategies. Zain holds a degree from the University of Baltimore.
