Dharpan R. is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industry. As Founder and CEO of Talisman since February 2021, Dharpan leads an award-winning global agency with a focus on innovative partnerships in Sports, Web3, and Entertainment, with a presence in major cities worldwide. Prior to this, Dharpan served as SVP, Asia-Pacific for McLaren Racing, contributing to one of the foremost teams in grand prix racing. Additional roles include VP Sales - Asia at SPORTFIVE, Sales Director for South East Asia at IQPC, and Director - Asia Pacific at Strategic Path Publishing. Dharpan’s career also encompasses leadership positions at GDS International, where responsibilities included Managing Director/Group Publisher for luxury magazines targeting high-net-worth individuals.
