Ayorinde Somoye

Ayorinde Somoye has six years of professional experience, beginning with a role as a Field Officer at COBFAS Farm Federal University of Agriculture in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Science Educator at Omateye College. In 2018, they became a Sales and Service Executive at Union Bank of Nigeria. From 2019 to 2021, they held two roles at Access Bank Plc, first as a Team Member Recovery and Collections (Digital Banking) and then as a Customer Service Representative. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Talixo as an Operation Support Specialist.

Ayorinde Somoye has a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Science from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu, which they obtained between 2021 and 2023. Ayorinde also has a Bachelor's degree in Plant Breeding and Seed Technology from Federal University Of Agriculture, Abeokuta, which they obtained between 2011 and 2016. Additionally, Somoye has obtained certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria - CIBN, and the Association of Seed Scientist of Nigeria (A.S.S.N). The certifications were obtained in May 2020, February 2020, and unspecified dates respectively.
