Markus Krampe has extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. In 1997, they worked as an Associate directly reporting to the CFO at Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Consultant at SAP Retail Solutions. Following that, they joined METRO Group - METRO AG, Corporate Development as a Senior Project Manager from 2000 to 2004. Krampe then worked at METRO Group - Praktiker AG as the Head of International Expansion/Strategy from 2004 to 2006. Markus continued their career at METRO Group - METRO Cash & Carry International GmbH as the Head of Strategy from 2007 to 2009.
In 2010, Markus Krampe became a Partner and Expert at foRetail management services until August 2020. Markus also founded BetterHeads GmbH in 2013 and held the position of Co-Founder and Marketing role until December 2015. Krampe then joined Valora Group as part of International Franchise from November 2015 to October 2016.
Most recently, they are the Co-Founder and Geschäftsführer at Talk'n'Job since August 2020. As the CEO of TalkandJob Inc., they focus on creating an innovative voice-driven job application platform targeting blue-collar workers and young professionals.
Markus Krampe pursued their education from 1993 to 1997 at ESB Reutlingen / CESEM Reims (France). During this period, they earned a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Européennes de Mgmnt, which is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Markus'sfield of study included Marketing, Controlling, International Finance, and General Management.
