Nathan McKay

Nathan McKay is an experienced engineer specializing in IT support, currently serving as a Senior Engineer/TBT Engineer at Talk Straight Group since June 2017, where responsibilities include providing 3rd line support. Previous roles at Talk Straight Group included 2nd Line Support Technician, where Nathan managed customer service initiatives and technical cases, alongside working with FortiGate firewalls and telephony systems.
