Chirag Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chirag is currently serving as the Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer at Talk Your Heart Out (TYHO), a counseling platform connecting clients with therapists. In this position, they focus on the growth and development of the company.

Earlier in their career, Chirag served as a Diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Singapore), where they analyzed and reported on political and economic developments in different parts of the world. Chirag provided advice to government agencies and businesses on global events affecting Singapore's strategic interests and international engagement.

Chirag also has experience as a Director in the restaurant and catering business and as an Inspector in the Singapore Police Force, where they completed their conscription duties.

Chirag Agarwal completed their Master of Public Policy and Management degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Melbourne between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree majoring in Biomedical Sciences (Life Sciences) from the National University of Singapore, graduating between 2008 and 2011. In 2009, Chirag participated in a Summer Exchange Program at UNSW.
